The course will enable participants to conduct a detailed examination of workplace conditions and processes during all phases of a worker’s recruitment and employment. It combines essential self-paced modules with live, expert-led sessions using a case study method that ensures a comprehensive, practice-grounded learning journey. The training also promotes opportunities for networking and peer learning during lunches and tea breaks.
The class size for this course is kept small (max 20 participants) to enable facilitators to provide focused attention and a superior learning experience for all participants.
