The HR Specialist will play an active role alongside the HR Director in all matters relating to the HR and the employee’s lifecycle in the organization. S/He will be involved in all communication matters in and around DIWA’s reorganization.

Position: Human Resources (HR) Specialist
Reports to: HR Director
Program: Shared Services
Job Class: Regular full-time (Hybrid)
Location: DIWA Philippines Office, Suite 304 CRM 1 Building 106 Kamias Road, Quezon City
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in implementing the day to day HR activity, which include:
- Talent acquisition, such as supporting in writing the job post, posting the job vacancy in approved platforms, screening CVs & participating in the initial HR interview;
- Scheduling and leading the onboarding of new joiners;
- Organizing internal training (planning to feedback analysis);
- Support in organizing the yearly performance review of the organization;
- Supporting with the off-boarding process;
- Support in setting up well-being processes & activities;
- Maintain the HRIS system
- Support in writing and maintain the company culture through the HR policy development
- Support the HRD with change management events and communications relating to DIWA’s reorganization
- Supporting in with internal communication
- Supporting with compensation & benefits and playing an active role within the shared services (alongside the Admin & Finance teams)
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or any related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Tech-savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google tools, HRIS & LMS knowledge is an advantage
- Proactive and open-minded
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
