The HR Specialist will play an active role alongside the HR Director in all matters relating to the HR and the employee’s lifecycle in the organization. S/He will be involved in all communication matters in and around DIWA’s reorganization.

Position: Human Resources (HR) Specialist
Reports to: HR Director
Program: Shared Services
Job Class: Regular full-time (Hybrid)
Location: DIWA Philippines Office, Suite 304 CRM 1 Building 106 Kamias Road, Quezon City


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in implementing the day to day HR activity, which include:
    • Talent acquisition, such as supporting in writing the job post, posting the job vacancy in approved platforms, screening CVs & participating in the initial HR interview; 
    • Scheduling and leading the onboarding of new joiners; 
    • Organizing internal training (planning to feedback analysis); 
    • Support in organizing the yearly performance review of the organization; 
    • Supporting with the off-boarding process; 
    • Support in setting up well-being processes & activities;
    • Maintain the HRIS system  
  • Support in writing and maintain the company culture through the HR policy development
  • Support the HRD with change management events and communications relating to DIWA’s reorganization 
  • Supporting in with internal communication 
  • Supporting with compensation & benefits and playing an active role within the  shared services (alongside the Admin & Finance teams)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or any related field 
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google tools, HRIS & LMS knowledge is an advantage 
  • Proactive and open-minded
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
