Supplier Corrective Action Plan and Remediation Support

The CARP Consultation provides support to Suppliers to address findings identified during the assessment.

Given the complexity and entrenched nature of problems (with for example, recruitment fees or other Forced Labor indicators), longer term, more intense support for suppliers during the corrective action process is often key to ensure long-term, sustainable improvement.

Senior DIWA consultants will work closely with the Supplier to monitor their progress based on key performance indicators and provide technical support and expertise to overcome implementation barriers.
